Insured Shipping
Every timepiece purchased from Remontorium is shipped fully insured for the full purchase price. Your watch is protected from the moment it leaves our facility until it arrives safely in your hands, regardless of the carrier we use.
For higher-value timepieces, we use premium carriers with tracking and signature confirmation required on delivery. For lower-priced items, we may ship via USPS with appropriate tracking and insurance. In every case, the full purchase price is insured for the duration of transit.
Domestic Shipping
Orders within the United States typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipments are fully insured and tracked. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are typically 5 to 10 business days after shipment. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing your order.
Packaging
Each watch is carefully packaged in protective materials designed for high-value timepieces. If the original box and papers are included with your purchase, they will be shipped alongside the watch in additional protective packaging.
Returns Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and collectible timepieces, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, if a watch is materially misrepresented in its listing description, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a resolution. Any claim of misrepresentation must be supported with photographic evidence and a written description of the discrepancy.
