Business Transfers

If Remontorium is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of all or substantially all of its assets, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or other change of control transaction, personal information that we hold about you may be transferred to the successor or acquirer as part of that transaction. The successor will be bound by the same privacy commitments described in this policy with respect to your personal information, unless and until you are notified of any material change and given a reasonable opportunity to object. This transfer is considered a standard and disclosed business practice under applicable privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act) and is not a sale of personal information for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years in accordance with applicable tax and financial regulations.

Remontorium does not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@remontorium.com.

Children's Privacy

Remontorium is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@remontorium.com and we will delete the information from our records.

Server-Side Analytics

We log anonymous page views on our server to understand how visitors use the site. Each page view records only three data points: the page path you visited, the hostname of the website that referred you (for example, "google.com" or "reddit.com," but not the full URL), and the date and time of the visit.

We do not store your IP address, browser user agent, cookies, device identifiers, or any information that could identify you personally. We do not use fingerprinting or any client-side tracking scripts for this purpose. Automated bot traffic is filtered out before any data is recorded.

We respect the Do Not Track (DNT) browser setting. If your browser sends a DNT: 1 header, we do not log your page view at all.

Page view records are automatically deleted after 90 days.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date displayed above. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
