How do you verify your watches?
Every timepiece we offer is carefully examined and researched against known references, production records, and collector resources. We provide a detailed condition report and provenance documentation where available. For watches where independent verification is warranted, we work with trusted third-party specialists.
Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards for purchases under $5,000 and wire transfers for purchases of $5,000 or more. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How does wire transfer payment work?
When you choose to pay by wire transfer, we reserve the watch for 72 hours and send you detailed banking instructions via email. Once we confirm receipt of funds, we proceed with shipping. You will receive a confirmation email at each step of the process.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We do not currently offer financing or installment plans. Full payment is required before shipping.
Shipping & Insurance
How do you ship watches?
Every shipment is fully insured for the full purchase price. Higher-value timepieces are shipped via premium carriers with tracking and signature confirmation required on delivery. Lower-priced items may ship via USPS with appropriate tracking and insurance. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. International shipping is available to select countries with delivery times varying by destination.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured for the purchase price of the watch from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your door, regardless of the carrier we use.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability to your country.
Returns
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, if a watch is materially misrepresented in its listing, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a resolution. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.
